I got an invite.  I'll probably pop in for at least a little while.

I cannot log in, however.  It keeps saying my login or password is incorrect.  Even after I reset my password.  I tried submitting a ticket via email.  We shall see.

Had a blast.  Anyone who enjoyed Skyrim should be able to enjoy ESO.  It's clear they set out to make an Elder Scrolls game which happens to be online.  I played to level 11, which took me most of the weekend, but I spent a lot of time exploring, crafting, and learning the systems.   The game is in a good state 3 months from launch.  A few relatively minor bugs, and maybe some balance issues (mobs were a bit easy, and a bit sparse), but it had great performance even with graphics turned all the way up, and it looks beautiful.  Not quite Skyrim's level of beauty, but close.  And the characters can be much more attractive than Skyrim's rugged looking characters.

I'll buy the game to play it at the very least like a single player Elder Scrolls game.  It's $60 for the game, plus a $15/month subscription, so how long I subscribe will be based on how many friends are playing, how repeatable the content is, how interesting endgame is, and how much Zenimax adds to the game for that subscription cost.   If they fail to deliver on content patches (ala SWTOR), I would still probably subscribe off and on.

Looks like a few of us are in for this weekend, starting February 7.   Should be a good time!
